Common use of Sales Agents Clause in Contracts

Sales Agents. Schedule 5.23(a) sets forth a list of the Company’s and its Subsidiaries’ top one hundred (100) sales agents on a no names basis (determined by the amount of total sales) for the twelve month period ending December 26, 2014 (the “Major Sales Agents”) and, to the extent readily available, the hire date of each of the Major Sales Agents. Except as set forth on Schedule 5.23(b), to the Knowledge of the Company, none of the Major Sales Agents has threatened, and there has not been, any termination, material change in, cancellation or material limitation of, its employment relationship with the Company or any of its Subsidiaries.
