Sale, Transfer, Encumbrance. Developer sells, transfers, or encumbers the Property, or any interest thereto, at any time during the Term, without the prior written consent of the Land Bank. The prior written consent to any particular sale, transfer, or encumbrance, will in no way operate as a consent to any future sale(s), transfer(s), or encumbrance(s) occurring after such consent is given.
