Common use of Sale of Other Notes Clause in Contracts

Sale of Other Notes. In the case of any Closing (other than the Restatement Closing), contemporaneously with such Closing the Company shall sell to each other Purchaser and each other Purchaser shall purchase the Notes to be purchased by it at such Closing as specified in the applicable Confirmation of Acceptance.

Sale of Other Notes. In Contemporaneously with the case of any Closing (other than the Restatement applicable Closing), contemporaneously with such Closing the Company shall sell to each other Purchaser the Purchasers and each other Purchaser the Purchasers shall purchase the Notes to be purchased by it them at such Closing as specified in the applicable Confirmation of Acceptance.
