Sale by Buyer After Delivery. If, following delivery of any Aircraft, Buyer sells such Aircraft (including any sale for financing purposes), then all of Buyer's rights with respect to such Aircraft under this Agreement will inure to the benefit of the purchaser of such Aircraft, effective upon Boeing's receipt of such purchaser's express written agreement, in form satisfactory to Boeing, to be bound by and to comply with all applicable terms, conditions and limitations of this Agreement.
