Salary threshold. The provision of 6.10.4 ceases to apply as of 1 January 2014 to employees seconded to the employer with an annual salary, including holiday pay, of € 60,000 gross or more. This salary threshold will be adjusted in line with the basic wage increases agreed in the collective agreement and amount to € 63,300 gross or more as of 1 December 2022 and € 65,516 gross or more as of 1 January 2024.
