Salary Cap Treatment. For purposes of Team Salary under the Salary Cap, Rookie Contracts shall be valued pursuant to Article 13, Section 7, provided that any performance incentives (as described in Section 6 of this Article) in year one of the Rookie Contract shall be deemed “likely to be earned.”
