SALARY BANK ACCOUNT i. Purpose: This Bank Account is utilised for the payment of all salary related items, including third party payments (PAYE, Pension, Medical Aid Deductions, Bond Pay Overs etc.) for approximately 31 000 staff members monthly, 5000 Expanded Public Works Programme (EPWP) workers bi-weekly and 45 ex gratia pensioners.
ii. The vast majority of such payments are processed electronically via EFT’s using a “Bulk transactional file exchange system” and “Cash Management System” (PC Based).
iii. All transactions debited or credited to this Bank Account must contain effective referencing for clear identification. In such instances the EFT batch number should be quoted in the text field. The same procedure is required for “Unpaid” EFT amounts relating to an individual employee payment.
iv. Monies to be recalled on the same day service.
v. All ACB/EFT transactions not completed by due date must be returned to this account within 48 hours of such due date.
SALARY BANK ACCOUNT. ● The current banking partner for TaskUs is HDFC Bank & ICICI Bank. Your account for salary credit shall be with the banking partner as decided by TaskUs. There will be no option to choose the bank for crediting the salary. TaskUs shall not be in any way responsible for any previous transactions with the banking partner thus decided and any past or future liability shall be owned by the Employee. ● The company is not liable for any salary credits in any manner except what is stated hereinbefore, notwithstanding in case an employee is unable to fulfill the bank account details at the time of onboarding/joining the company, the company at its sole discretion may also initiate separation proceedings. 1. You agree and understand that the SIM card and Enterprise Dongle as issued to you is for strictly official purposes only to ensure proper work, communication and flow of official information.
2. You agree and understand that while exiting from the company or whenever desired by the Company to handover/post/ship the dongle with SIM card to the Facilities team.
3. You agree and understand to keep SIM card and enterprise dongle in your personal custody always.
4. You agree and understand to compensate for any loss of company provided enterprise dongle and SIM card.
