Salary and Base Pay. Until the Distribution Date, Tronox and any Tronox Entity shall continue to use existing salary or pay structures for Transferred Individuals and Transferred Non-U.S. Individuals. However, nothing in this Agreement shall prohibit Tronox or any Tronox Entity from modifying the existing salary or pay structures prospectively in any manner Tronox or the Tronox Entity deems appropriate after the Distribution Date.
