Safety Markings. All Collection equipment used by CONTRACTOR must have appropriate safety markings including, but not limited to, highway lighting, flashing and warning lights, clearance lights, and effective reflective markings. All such safety markings must be in accordance with the requirements of the California Vehicle Code, as may be amended from time to time.
