Common use of Safety Markings Clause in Contracts

Safety Markings. All Collection equipment used by COLLECTOR shall have appropriate safety markings including, but not limited to, highway lighting, flashing and warning lights, clearance lights, and warning flags. All such safety markings shall be subject to the approval of the CITY and shall be in accordance with the requirements of the California Vehicle Code, as may be amended from time to time.
