Safety Data Base. The Parties will, as soon as practical, organize a serious adverse event data base (the "SAE Data Base"). ALTUS and FALK shall jointly own the SAE Data Base and all data contained ther▇▇▇, and the data from the SAE Data Base shall be made available to both Parties.
