The Supplier shall notify the Authority immediately and in writing if it has reasons to suspect that any Fraud has occurred, is occurring or is likely to occur save where complying with this provision would cause the Supplier or its employees to commit an offence under the Proceeds of Crime Xxx 0000 or the Terrorism Xxx 0000.
