SAFEGUARD AGAINST FRAUD. 11.1 The Supplier shall safeguard the Authority and any Other Contracting Body's funding of the Framework Agreement and any Call-Off Contract against Fraud generally and, in particular, Fraud on the part of the Supplier or its Staff. The Supplier shall notify the Authority or the relevant Other Contracting Body immediately if it has reason to suspect that any Fraud has occurred or is occurring or is likely to occur.
