Common use of Safe Clause in Contracts

Safe. No activity or environment is without risk. However, school will assess all significant risks in order to reduce them to tolerable levels; balancing the degree of hazard against the likelihood of an event. By doing this we will be doing our utmost to keep every child as safe as is possible. We will continue to campaign against bullying, ensure that there are firm boundaries and address the underlying issues to stop any bullies that are identified. We will commission a Child Protection check for all staff in school and follow Child Protection procedures at all times. No matter if the situation is difficult; we will do the right thing in a sensitive manner to endeavour to make sure that everyone gets the support they need to ensure that every child is safe.
