SAFE Registration. The Company shall as soon as practicable after the date hereof, (a) use its commercially reasonable efforts to assist in the preparation of applications to SAFE by shareholders of the Company who are PRC residents for the registration of their respective holdings of Shares (whether directly or indirectly) in accordance with the requirements of applicable SAFE rules, including by promptly providing such shareholders with such information relating to the Group Companies as is required for such application, and (b) cause its PRC Subsidiaries (to the extent applicable) to comply with the requirements of such SAFE rules.
