Long Stop Date. If the Effective Date has not occurred on or before the date falling 10 Business Days after the date of this letter, then the provisions of this letter shall cease to have effect.

Long Stop Date. In the event that Admission has not occurred on or before 30 June 2015 (or such later date as is agreed between the parties in writing), this Deed shall be null and void and of no further force or effect and no party shall have any claim in respect of this Deed against any other party for costs, damages, compensation or otherwise.
