Safe Operations. Actions that avoid placing personnel and equipment in peril with regard to the safety of life and equipment damage. Security Constrained Dispatch (“SCD”). The allocation of Load to Generators by the ISO through the operation of a computer algorithm which continuously calculates individual Generator loading at minimum Bid cost, balancing Load and scheduled interchange with Generation while meeting all Reliability Rules and Generator performance Constraints consistent with the terms of the ISO Services Tariff. Service Agreement. The agreement, in the form of Attachment A to the ISO OATT or the ISO Services Tariff, and any amendments or supplements thereto entered into by a Transmission Customer and the ISO for Transmission Service under the ISO OATT or between the ISO and a Customer for services under the ISO Services Tariff or any unexecuted Service Agreement, amendments or supplements thereto, that the ISO unilaterally files with the Commission.
