Common use of SACE subrogation Clause in Contracts

SACE subrogation. The Guarantor acknowledges that immediately upon any payment by SACE of any amount due under the SACE Insurance Policy, SACE shall be automatically subrogated to the extent of such payment to the rights of the Security Trustee under this Guarantee in accordance with the SACE Insurance Policy.
