SAAR-N. All contractor personnel requiring access to Government Information Technology (IT) systems shall have an approved System Authorization Access Request (SAAR-N) Form OPNAV 5239/14 (Rev Sep 2011) on file, and complete required Annual Information Awareness Training. New employees must submit their SAAR forms within thirty (30) days of their first day of work.
