SAAR-N Sample Clauses

The SAAR-N clause establishes the Seller’s obligation to provide a Statement of Actual and Allocated Revenue – Net (SAAR-N) for a specified period. This statement typically details the actual revenue generated and how it is allocated among relevant parties, often in the context of oil and gas sales or similar transactions. By requiring the Seller to deliver this financial breakdown, the clause ensures transparency and accurate revenue sharing, thereby reducing disputes and clarifying each party’s entitlements.
