Transition to Retirement 24.1 An Employee may advise their Employer in writing of their intention to retire within the next five years and participate in a retirement transition arrangement.
CFR PART 200 Termination Termination for cause and for convenience by the grantee or subgrantee including the manner by which it will be effected and the basis for settlement. Any award under this procurement process is not exclusive and the ESC Region 8 and TIPS reserves the right to purchase goods and services from other vendors when it is in the best interest of the ESC Region 8 and TIPS. Termination and Termination Benefits Notwithstanding the provisions of Section 3, the Executive's employment under this Agreement shall terminate under the following circumstances set forth in this Section 6.
Termination and Termination Pay Subject to Section 12 of this Agreement, Executive’s employment under this Agreement may be terminated in the following circumstances:
Complete Disposal Upon Termination of Service Agreement Upon Termination of the Service Agreement Provider shall dispose or delete all Student Data obtained under the Service Agreement. Prior to disposition of the data, Provider shall notify LEA in writing of its option to transfer data to a separate account, pursuant to Article II, section 3, above. In no event shall Provider dispose of data pursuant to this provision unless and until Provider has received affirmative written confirmation from LEA that data will not be transferred to a separate account.
Compensation and Benefits Upon Termination (a) If Executive’s employment is terminated by reason of death or Disability, the Company shall pay Executive’s Base Salary, at the rate then in effect, in accordance with the payroll policies of the Company, through the date of such termination (in the event of Executive’s death, the payments will be made to Executive’s beneficiaries or legal representatives) and Executive shall not be entitled to any further Base Salary or any applicable bonus, benefits or other compensation for that year or any future year, except as may be provided in Sections 5(d) or (e) below or an applicable benefit plan or program, or to any severance compensation of any kind, nature or amount.

Compensation Following Termination In the event that Executive’s employment hereunder is terminated, Executive shall be entitled only to the following compensation and benefits upon such termination:
Provisions Surviving Termination The provisions of Sections 10, 14, 16, 21 and 29 of this Agreement shall survive termination of this Agreement for any reason.
