Runtime Software Clause Samples
The "Runtime Software" clause defines the terms under which software required to operate or support a system during its execution is provided and used. This clause typically specifies what constitutes runtime software, such as libraries, middleware, or other components necessary for the system to function as intended, and may address licensing, updates, or support obligations. Its core practical function is to ensure that all essential software needed for the system's operation is clearly identified and governed, thereby preventing operational disruptions and clarifying responsibilities regarding software provision and maintenance.
