Ruling Requests. Until the first day after the Restriction Period, uBid shall furnish CCI with a copy of any ruling request that uBid may file with the IRS or any other Taxing Jurisdiction and any opinion received that relates to or otherwise reasonably could be expected to have any effect on the Tax-Free Status of the Distribution.
