Rules of Construction and Defined Terms. The rules of construction set forth in Annex A shall apply to this Pledge and Security Agreement and are hereby incorporated by reference into this Pledge and Security Agreement as if set forth fully in this Pledge and Security Agreement. Capitalized terms used but not otherwise defined in this Pledge and Security Agreement shall have the respective meanings given to such terms in Annex A, which is hereby incorporated by reference into this Pledge and Security Agreement as if set forth fully in this Pledge and Security Agreement. Not all terms defined in Annex A are used in this Pledge and Security Agreement.
