Rules for Reduction In Force. In the event the Board determines the need for a reduction in force, the administration shall meet with the association over the following: 1. Discuss the reasons for the need to have a layoff and discuss any options that may exist, or that may be suggested by the Association. 2. Review the seniority list. 3. Review the layoff and recall procedures. 4. The District shall follow all provisions of the school code with regards to Reduction-In-Force and Recall of any employee (s).
