Rules for Interpretation. 1. All references in this Agreement to statutory provisions shall be construed as meaning and including references to: a. Any statutory modification, consolidation or re-enactment (whether before or after the date of this Agreement) for the time being in force; b. All statutory instruments or orders made pursuant to a statutory provision; and c. Any statutory provision of which these statutory provisions are a consolidation, re- enactment or modification. 2. Words denoting the singular shall include the plural and words denoting any gender shall include all genders.
