Common use of Rules for Arbitration Clause in Contracts

Rules for Arbitration. The arbitration shall be conducted in accordance with the Voluntary Labor Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA). The arbitrator shall be selected from a jointly requested panel designated by the American Arbitration Association. The appointment procedures contained within the AAA Voluntary Labor Arbitration Rules shall be followed except that if appointment cannot be made from the initial panel, additional panel lists will be requested until such time as an arbitrator is mutually selected by the parties.
