Common use of Rules Changes; Waivers Clause in Contracts

Rules Changes; Waivers. Landlord reserves the right at any time to change or rescind anyone or more of these Rules and Regulations or to make any additional reasonable Rules and Regulations that, in Landlord’s reasonable judgment, may be necessary or helpful for the management, safety or cleanliness of the Premises or Building; the preservation of good order; or the convenience of occupants and tenants of the Building generally. Landlord will notify Tenant of said change in accordance with the Lease. Tenant shall be considered to have read these Rules and Regulations and to have agreed to abide by them as a condition of Tenant’s occupancy of its Premises.
