RULES AND REGULATIONS, COMPLIANCE WITH LAWS. Customer warrants that it will abide by all the provisions in the Rules and Regulations which may be amended from time to time and which are applicable to Customer in connection with the Program. Customer further agrees that it shall comply with all federal, state, and local laws, rules and regulations applicable to its business operations and its participation in the Program, including without limitation the federal Equal Credit Opportunity Act, the federal G▇▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇▇▇ Act, the federal Fair Credit Reporting Act, and the federal Truth in Lending Act.
