Rules and Directives. The City agrees that work rules and Division Directives shall be reduced to writing and provided to all members (in writing or electronically as determined by the Chief) in advance of their enforcement. Copies will be provided in writing as needed for promotional exams and upon request by any member. Any charge by a member that a work rule or Division Directive is in violation of this Contract, or has not been applied or interpreted uniformly to all members, shall be a proper subject for a grievance. The City shall provide the Lodge with copies of any revised or new work rules and Division Directives at least seven (7) days in advance of their intended effective dates.

User agrees to strictly adhere to the rules, to any posted rules or signs in the Pool area (“Rules”) and to any directives made by any authorized REHA representative concerning use of the Pool or conduct in the Pool area or otherwise on REHA property. User’s failure to comply with any of the Rules or Directives may result in immediate suspension of User’s right to use the Pool and may result in the termination (without refund of any fees) of User’s right to use the Pool under this Agreement.

The Employer agrees that to the extent possible, new or revised work rules and directives shall be provided to members one (1) week in advance of their implementation. In the event an employee wishes to present the bargaining unit's views regarding this article, a meeting under the Labor/Management article may be requested. All work rules or directives shall be applied and interpreted uniformly. Work rules or directives cannot violate this Agreement.
