Common use of RTU Clause in Contracts

RTU. a) In Ireland independent routes from substation RTUs to both IE primary control centre and IE emergency control centre where feasible. Where not feasible, the IE primary control centre circuit is switchable to the IE emergency control centre, e.g. a satellite circuit to a remote windfarm. b) In Northern Ireland, each RTU circuit is switchable from the NI primary control centre to NI emergency control centre.
