Common use of RSU Calculation Clause in Contracts

RSU Calculation. (a) If the Growth Rate Delta is equal to zero percent (0%), the number of Restricted Stock Units that will be eligible to vest (the “Calculated RSUs”) will equal the Baseline Number of Restricted Stock Units; and

RSU Calculation. (a) If the Growth Rate Delta is equal to zero percent (0%)) at the end of the applicable Performance Period, the number of Restricted Stock Units that will be eligible to vest (the “Calculated RSUs”) will equal fifty percent (50%) of the Baseline Number of Restricted Stock UnitsUnits for such Performance Period; and
