Route Availability Clause Samples

The Route Availability clause defines the conditions under which specific transportation routes are accessible for use under a contract. It typically outlines the criteria for a route to be considered available, such as operational status, safety, and regulatory compliance, and may specify procedures for notifying parties if a route becomes unavailable due to unforeseen events like natural disasters or government restrictions. This clause ensures that both parties understand their obligations and options if a planned route cannot be used, thereby reducing uncertainty and allocating risk related to transportation logistics.
