Common use of Root Cause Failure Analysis Clause in Contracts

Root Cause Failure Analysis. Supplier shall have the capability to perform root cause and failure analysis and report findings in a timely manner, as shown below or as stated in Dot Hill's request, and to effectively capture and route Product requiring root cause analysis from identified defects or customer requests. Supplier shall maintain and track accurate and detailed records of all such failure analysis performed.
