Root Cause Analysis/Corrective Action Sample Clauses

When an issue arises, the responsible party must conduct a thorough analysis to identify the root cause and then implement specific corrective actions to prevent recurrence. This process may involve documenting findings, proposing solutions, and reporting progress to the other party.
