Room/Suite. Apartment Inspection/Searches - University officials reserve the right to enter a student room/suite/apartment in the interests of the welfare of the individual or the institution for the performance of maintenance, or the enforcement of university regulations. Except under extreme emergency circumstances, premises occupied by students and the personal possessions of students therein shall not be searched unless the appropriate authorization from university officials is obtained.
