The Manager grants the Student occupancy of single space within a shared Student unit in the Student Housing owned by the Institution known as: “Nicola Valley Institute of Technology Student Housing” (the “Student Housing”) for the duration of the Term. The number of Students sharing the unit is dependent on the unit assigned to the Student.
