Room Bookings. Lounges/Common Rooms: Must be booked with the Director, Associate Director, or Residence Life Coordinators. Bookings must be completed 24 hours before any gathering, party, or social event of 15 or more people. • Student Room Capacity: Must not exceed more than 10 people at any time (triple room suites in AVM have a capacity of 15 people). A student room is defined as the entire space assigned to a residence student, including enclosed kitchenettes and private washrooms.
