Common use of Roofs Clause in Contracts

Roofs. The roofs of buildings in the Village are not constructed for pedestrian traffic. Residents must not go onto the roof of any buildings in the Village for both their own safety and to avoid damage. Residents are responsible for and may be billed for any damage they cause to the roofs as a result of a breach of this Rule.
