Common use of Rollover or Conversion of Accommodations Clause in Contracts

Rollover or Conversion of Accommodations. (a) Subject to Sections 3.10(d) and 6.2, Article 9 and Article 10, the Borrower will be entitled to Rollover one type of Accommodation (other than Letters of Credit) into the same type of Accommodation or Convert one type of Accommodation into another type of Accommodation on the terms herein provided.

Rollover or Conversion of Accommodations.
