Rolloff Compactors. Maintenance of Customer-owned Rolloff Compactors shall be the responsibility of the Customer, and not Contractor. Contractor may sell, or lease Rolloff Compactors to Customers. Any such sale or lease shall be outside the scope of this Agreement. Any proceeds to Contractor from the sale or lease of Rolloff Compactors are not included in Gross Receipts.
