Common use of Roles Clause in Contracts

Roles. Citigroup Global Markets Inc. shall act in the capacity as Sole Lead Arranger and Sole Bookrunner with respect to this Incremental Facility Amendment, but in such capacities shall not have any obligations, duties or responsibilities, nor shall incur any liabilities, under this Incremental Facility Amendment or any other Loan Document.

Roles. Citigroup Global Markets Inc. shall act in the capacity capacities as Sole Lead Arranger (the “Lead Arranger”) and Sole Bookrunner Administrative Agent with respect to this Incremental Facility Amendment, but in such capacities shall not have any obligations, duties or responsibilities, nor shall incur any liabilities, under this Incremental Facility Amendment or any other Loan Document.

Roles. Citigroup Global Markets Inc. shall act in the capacity capacities as Sole Lead Arranger (the “Lead Arranger”) and Sole Bookrunner Syndication Agent with respect to this Incremental Facility Amendment, but in such capacities shall not have any obligations, duties or responsibilities, nor shall incur any liabilities, under this Incremental Facility Amendment or any other Loan Document.

Roles. Citigroup Global Markets Inc. shall act in as lead arranger (the capacity as Sole Lead Arranger and Sole Bookrunner “Arranger”) with respect to this Incremental Facility AmendmentAmendment No. 2, but in such capacities shall not have any obligations, duties or responsibilities, nor shall incur any liabilities, under this Incremental Facility Amendment No. 2 or any other Loan Document.

Roles. Citigroup Global Markets Inc. shall act in the capacity as Sole Lead Arranger and Sole Bookrunner with respect to this Incremental Facility AmendmentAmendment No. 6, but in such capacities ca­pacities shall not have any obligations, duties or responsibilities, nor shall incur any liabilities, under this Incremental Facility Amendment No. 6 or any other Loan Document.

Roles. Citigroup Global Markets Inc. shall act in the capacity as Sole Lead Arranger and Sole Bookrunner and CIBC World Markets Corp. and SunTrust Bank shall act in the capacities as Co-Syndication Agents with respect to this Incremental Facility Amendment, but in such capacities shall not have any obligations, duties or responsibilities, nor shall incur any liabilities, under this Incremental Facility Amendment or any other Loan Document.

Citigroup Global Markets Inc. shall act in the capacity capacities as Sole Lead Arranger and Sole Bookrunner Syndication Agent with respect to this Incremental Facility AmendmentJoinder, but in such capacities shall not have any obligations, duties or responsibilities, nor shall incur any liabilities, under this Incremental Facility Amendment Joinder or any other Loan Document.

Citigroup Global Markets Inc. shall act in the capacity as Sole Lead Arranger and Sole Bookrunner with respect to this Incremental Facility AmendmentAmendment No. 8, but in such capacities shall not have any obligations, duties or responsibilities, nor shall incur any liabilities, under this Incremental Facility Amendment No. 8 or any other Loan Document.

Roles. Citigroup Global Markets Inc. shall act in the capacity as Sole Lead Arranger and Sole Bookrunner with respect to this Incremental Facility AmendmentAmendment No. 5, but in such capacities shall not have any obligations, duties or responsibilities, nor shall incur any liabilities, under this Incremental Facility Amendment No. 5 or any other Loan Document.
