Role of the Steering Committee. The primary role of the Steering Committee is to ensure the ongoing communication between the Parties and to discuss and resolve any issues arising under the Agreement. Either Party agrees that its Representatives will endeavour to attend each Steering Committee meeting and to discuss in good faith all topics and issues relevant to ensure the successful performance of this Agreement.
