Common use of Rock Source Clause in Contracts

Rock Source. The project rock may be obtained from STATE land at the following locations shown as “Quarry Site” and “Stockpile Site” on Exhibit A, or from other locations acceptable to STATE, as follows: Right of Way Hauling. Prior to approval to rock constructed roads; the right of way logs on those portions of roads to be rocked shall be hauled, unless otherwise approved by STATE.
