Rock Source. The crushed road rock for Project Nos. 1 and 3 shall be produced with Project No. 2. Rock for Project No. 2 may be obtained from Hampton Tree Farms, Inc. land at the location shown as Xxxxxx Quarry, located in the NE ¼, Section 34, T7N, R7W. Riprap rock for the fill reconstruction site on Road I1 to I2 may be obtained from the Trailover Quarry located in the NE ¼, Section 14, T6N, R7W on Exhibit A, or from other locations acceptable to STATE. Required pit run and riprap rock must be developed. Development and use of the rock quarries shall be in accordance with Exhibit D. Project No. 1. Sale Access Road Construction, Road Improvement, and Landing Construction. Construct roads, improve roads, and construct landings between and at the following road points according to the specifications in Exhibits B, C, and E: Construct: 1A to 1B, 1C to 1D, 1G to 1H, 1I to 1J, 1K to 1L, 1M to 1N, 2A to 2B, 2C to 2D, 2E to 2F, 2G to 2H, 2I to 2J, 2K to 2L, 2M to 2N, 2O to 2P, 2Q to 2R, 3A to 3B, and 4A to 4B. Improve: I1 to I2. Landings: 1B, 1D, 1H, 1J, 1L, 1N, 1O, 1P, 2B, 2D, 2F, 2H, 2J, 2L, 2N, Stations 9+00 and 13+00 of 2M to 2N, 2P, 2R, 2S, 3B, 3C, 3D, 4B, 4C, and 4D. Grass Seeding. Seed all areas of exposed soils resulting from road and landing construction, and road improvement including cut slopes, fill slopes, and waste areas in accordance with the specifications in Exhibit H. Right-of-Way Hauling. Prior to approval to rock constructed roads, right-of-way logs shall be hauled, unless otherwise approved in writing by STATE. Project No. 2. Xxxxxx Quarry Development and Rock Crushing. Crush/develop the following quantities of rock:
Rock Source. The road rock may be obtained from STATE land at the locations shown as “Rock Quarry” and “Stockpile Sites” on Exhibit A, or from other locations acceptable to STATE, as follows: Project No. 1 (rock for all roads except 2W to 2X):

Development and use of the Taylorville Quarry shall be done in accordance with Exhibit D. Right-of-Way Hauling. Prior to approval to rock constructed roads, the right-of-way logs on those portions of road to be rocked shall be hauled, unless otherwise approved by STATE.

Improve: I1 to I2, I2 to I3, I4 to I5, I5 to I6, and I7 to I8. Landings: 1B, 1D, 1F, 1H, 1J, 1L, 1N, 1O, 2B, 2D, 2F, 2H, 2J, 2L, 2N, 3B, 3D, 3F, 3H, 3J, 4B, 4D, 4F, 4H, 4J, 4L, 4N, 4P, 4R, 4T, 4V, 4X, Station 19+30 of 4W to 4X, 4Z, 4BB, 4DD, 4FF, 6B, and 6D.

Seed, fertilize, and mulch all areas of exposed soils resulting from road and landing construction, including cutslopes, fill slopes, and waste areas in accordance with the specifications in Exhibit H. Road Brushing. Clear roadside brush between Points I1 and I2 according to the specifications in Exhibit F. Right-of-Way Hauling. Prior to approval to rock constructed roads, right-of-way logs shall be hauled, unless otherwise approved in writing by STATE.

Project No. 1 - The rock required for Project No. 1 shall be produced with Project No. 4 and may be obtained from State land at the location shown as Viewpoint Quarry on Exhibit A, located in the SE1/4, Section 4, T7N, R6W, or from other locations acceptable to STATE. Required pit-run and riprap rock shall be developed. Project No. 2 - The rock required for Project No. 2 shall be produced with Project No. 5 and may be obtained from State quarry at the location shown as Xxxxx Quarry located in the XX0/0 XX0/4, Section 31, T5N, R8W, or from other locations acceptable to STATE. Required pit-run and riprap rock shall be developed. Project No. 4 - The rock may be obtained from the Viewpoint Quarry located in the SE1/4, Section 4, T7N, R6W. Project No. 5 - The rock may be obtained from the Xxxxx Quarry located in the NW1/4 NE1/4, Section 31, T5N, R8W. Development and use of Viewpoint Quarry and Xxxxx Quarry shall be in accordance with the specifications in Exhibit D. Right of Way Hauling. Prior to approval to rock constructed roads, the right of way logs on those portions of roads to be rocked shall be hauled, unless otherwise approved by STATE.
Rock Source. The road rock required for Project Nos. 1, 2, and 3 shall be produced with Project No. 7, and may be obtained from Longview Fibre Company land at the location shown as the Flagpole Ridge Quarry, or from other locations acceptable by STATE. Locations: Flagpole Ridge Quarry NW ¼ of Section 3, T4N, R8W Crushed, Riprap Rock Cougar Mountain Quarry SW ¼ of Section 11, T4N, R8W Pit-Run Rock Xxxxx Road Quarry NE ¼ of Section 31, T5N, R8W Crushed, Riprap Rock Development and use of the quarries shall be in accordance with Exhibit D. Right-of-Way Hauling. Prior to approval to rock constructed roads, the right-of-way logs on those portions of road to be rocked shall be hauled, unless otherwise approved by STATE.

Prior to approval to rock constructed roads; the right of way logs on those portions of roads to be rocked shall be hauled, unless otherwise approved by STATE.
Rock Source. The bedding/backfill, riprap, and pit-run rock may be obtained from STATE land at the locations shown as "Rock Pit" and "Stockpile Site" on Exhibit A, or from other locations acceptable to STATE. Development and use of the rock pit shall be in accordance with the specifications in Exhibit D.
