Common use of Roaming Clause in Contracts

Roaming. 10.1 Coverage is provided outside of Canada by third-party service providers. The User is responsible for monitoring use of their Device while travelling and shall pay any and all charges and fees incurred from these third-party service providers. It is the User’s responsibility to be informed of usage rates that will apply if the User is travelling outside of Canada.
