ROADWAY AND HYDRAULIC DESIGN CRITERIA. The Engineer shall design the project according to the latest State’s design criteria. The Engineer shall supply project specific design criteria (typical sections, estimate, design exceptions, etc.) to be inserted into the Design Elements form for discussion at the Design Concept Conference (DCC).
