Roadmap overview. The main directions for development of the monitoring framework 1. Development of a tool: a consumer platform with methodologies to collect users’ experiences (primary and secondary users) to assess from user perspective the impact of independent living solutions across Europe. 2. Develop or select a minimum set of quantitative and qualitative outcome criteria to assess the impact of independent living solutions across Europe, adjustable to specific target groups and different regional contexts across Europe. 3. Explore how the quantitative and qualitative approaches can be linked to the European monitoring framework of the EIP AHA to be used by different regions.
