Road Paving Clause Samples
The Road Paving clause outlines the obligations and standards for constructing or resurfacing roads within a project or development. Typically, it specifies the materials to be used, the required thickness and quality of the pavement, and the timeline for completion. For example, it may require the contractor to use asphalt of a certain grade and to complete paving before other construction phases begin. This clause ensures that roads are built to a consistent and safe standard, minimizing future maintenance issues and clarifying responsibilities for all parties involved.
Road Paving. Asphalt paving of the roads described in paragraphs 2 (E)(1), (2), (3) and (4) shall be required on the earlier of: (i) the issuance of 30 residential building permits; or (ii) December 31, 2026. A letter of credit shall remain in place until the asphalt paving is completed.

Road Paving. If particulate matter restrictions in the air permit require paving of the plant roads, this will be part of the requirements of OWNER.
Road Paving. Paving of National Forest System roads and existing graveled parking areas or roads within recreation areas, and at administrative facilities where such paving does not require the removal of earth and there are no known historic properties.
