Road Authority Work. The Road Authority shall: (a) at its sole cost, in good and workmanlike manner, in accordance with the Project Plans, carry out or cause the Contractor to carry out the Road Authority Work and all necessary or desirable work, other than the CP Work, as may be required to complete the Project; and (b) comply with the provisions of this Agreement.
